CHIPPOPOTAMUS RETURNS POLICY
Chippopotamus gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Chippopotamus E-Gift Card) within 15 days from the date your order was delivered. Original tags must be attached.
Chippopotamus offers exchanges for the same item in a different size when we are notified of the request within 15 days from the date your order was delivered.
Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting us within 15 days of the date your order was delivered. If we are not notified within fifteen days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Please allow 1 to 5 business days for processing before items are shipped out.
You can choose between standard shipping (3-5 days) or expedited shipping (1-3 days) at checkout. Please note that if choosing expedited shipping it does not affect the processing times noted above.
We do offer Free Shipping on orders that are over $99 within the continental United States.
CHIPPOPOTAMUS is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with US Postal Service or UPS shipping
- International Duties or Customs Charges
- Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items.
